McDonald’s chose to tell the back to school story through a fresh and surprising language, relying on Leo Burnett’s creativity and our handcrafted vision at Dadomani.
The “Codino” promo is a small celebration of joy and excitement. The Happy Meal box becomes the main character of a visual journey that blends stop motion and 2D animation, shifting from drawing to three dimensional object through a sequence of flips and unexpected moments. Around it, abstract paper and clay shapes and animated particles complete the scene, building a colorful, dynamic world full of energy.
The entire project was designed to capture the attention of a younger audience, with an immediate design language, playful textures, and soft, welcoming lighting. Once again, together with Leo Burnett, McDonald’s chose Dadomani to highlight the beauty of a handcrafted approach that makes every detail unique and memorable.
