Consilia has renewed its trust in our work, commissioning us to produce eight new episodes of the Talent Show series, an evolving project that keeps growing, turning Consilia products into the stars of small animated performances, episode after episode.

The Shape-Shifting Oat

The first episode of this new season is “The Shape-Shifting Oat.” On a small stage lit by a theatrical spotlight, an oat sprig performs a transformation act: it disappears behind a curtain and reappears in new forms, moving from fresh and green to dry and mature, until its final transformation into a ready-to-enjoy oat milk carton.
The series preserves its unmistakable visual signature: a minimal, geometric, and refined aesthetic, built with essential sets, restrained color palettes, and meticulous attention to detail, designed to highlight each “talent” on stage.
Stop motion remains at the core of the production. Real products are animated frame by frame in 30-second shorts, in a handcrafted process that brings poetry, irony, and authenticity to every episode. The main challenge for this film was the design and fabrication of two physical plant models, corresponding to the different stages of the transformation. The models had to meet two key requirements: a believable, realistic look on one hand, and an animation-friendly structure on the other, able to ensure smooth handling on set, fluid motion, harmony, and precise expressiveness throughout the performance.
With “The Shape-Shifting Oat,” a new cycle of performances begins: eight new stars are ready to step onto the stage. Stay tuned to discover what’s next.

The Poet Pen

“The Poet Pen” is the second episode of the second season of the Consilia Talent Show series, dedicated to the hidden “talents” of Consilia products. In this chapter, however, the talent isn’t a stage performance, it’s a quieter, more noble art: poetry.
On set, the pens become the stars of a delicate choreography. They move with rhythm and harmony across a plate, tracing lines of a poetic verse as if writing in elegant calligraphy. Here, sauce becomes ink, and writing turns into gesture, motion, and storytelling.
As always, stop motion remains at the core of the production, animated frame by frame within the series’ minimal, refined visual identity. The main technical challenge of this episode came from the very element that makes the scene so instantly recognizable: the sauce. It needed to look believable and appetizing, yet we couldn’t use real sauce, its consistency would change and it would dry out quickly during the long, time-stretched shooting process of stop motion.
That’s where our set design team stepped in. After a series of tests and experiments, we developed a stable, controllable material solution, photographically realistic and perfectly suited for animation. A detail the audience may never notice, but essential to making the magic work.
